Role Overview
The Associate Project Manager supports the Growth Marketing Strategy team by ensuring campaigns, creative workflows, and cross‑functional processes run smoothly and on schedule. This role is highly detail‑oriented and execution-focused—ideal for someone early in their project management or marketing operations career who excels at organization, documentation, and keeping teams on track.
You will partner closely with Strategy, Creative, Legal/Brand, Ad Ops, and Channel teams to support campaign planning, asset delivery, trafficking preparation, and day‑to‑day operational updates. This role plays a key supporting part in helping our domestic marketing efforts launch efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign & Meeting Support
Maintain and update the campaign calendar, including key dates, launches, and creative deadlines.
Prepare agendas, notes, recaps, and action items for recurring cross-functional meetings and readiness trackers..
Track meeting follow-ups, ensuring outstanding items are assigned and completed.
Assist with campaign intake documentation by gathering necessary information from partners.
Creative Operations Support
Collect and organize creative assets, copy, and revisions from Strategy, Creative, and Channel partners.
Maintain consistent file naming conventions and ensure assets are saved in the correct folders.
Assist with providing channel teams with information necessary for trafficking (e.g. launch timelines, URL, variation details for dynamic creative assets, etc.)
Ticket & Workflow Coordination
Open and update creative request tickets, ensuring all necessary information is included
Open and update creative approval tickets (for brand and legal review), ensuring all necessary information is included
Monitor ticket progress and send gentle reminders on upcoming ETAs, missing inputs, or deadlines.
Track creative delivery status and keep internal logs and trackers current.
Quality Assurance (Checklist-Based)
Conduct light QA on assets and links:
Confirm file specs (dimensions, format, file size) match requirements.
Cross-check asset versions across channels for consistency
Flag discrepancies and escalate to senior team members for review.
Reporting & Documentation
Provide weekly status snapshots, summarizing creative deliveries, outstanding approvals, or operational blockers.
Maintain clear documentation of file paths, tracker updates, and campaign timelines.
Help collect simple inputs for post‑launch retros (e.g., “what slipped,” “missing copy,” “timing conflicts”).
Organizational Excellence
Keep internal team drive folders organized and up to date, ensuring content is easy for partners to locate.
Maintain and refresh templates (e.g., agendas, intake forms, tracker views).
Ensure operational hygiene across naming, filing, and documentation practices.
Basic Qualifications:
At least 1 year of internship or professional work experience in project coordination, marketing operations, creative operations, or related roles.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Comfortable working in fast‑paced, highly cross-functional environments.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive/SharePoint/Teams, Google Docs, Google Drive).
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting marketing, creative, or digital production workflows.
Familiarity with task/ticketing systems (Asana, Jira, Workfront, AirTable, or CRS-like tools).
Basic understanding of digital marketing channels (Social, Display, CTV, Search).
Interest in campaign operations, trafficking, or DCO concepts (training provided).

The hiring range for this position in New York, NY is $68,400.00 to $91,700.00. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
