Disney Advertising Sales drives the advertising revenue across platforms for the entire media portfolio – including ABC, ESPN, Hulu, Freeform, FX, National Geographic, Disney Channels Worldwide, and more. The Sales Enablement teams mission is to provide unified client service experience with ease and automation to drive revenue more effectively. Our Portfolio Support team provides Tier One support, Learning and Communications across the many systems that are used by Disney Advertising portfolio.

Job Summary
The successful candidate has knowledge of the advertising industry; is support focused, a driven self-starter with strong training, communication skills, and a technology mindset.
This Coordinator will partner with the Portfolio Management team, Audience & Automation team, Salesforce Ad Platform team, as well as other teams within the Business Operations Organization to ensure successful support, training and communications across linear, addressable, policy, and CRM. Individual’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Develop a deep understanding of the current system platforms used by Disney Advertising to successfully support the applications.
- Establish trust as the go-to partner for all Linear, Addressable, Policy, and CRM users, with a primary focus on the sales team.
- Assist in the Linear, Addressable, Policy, and CRM user support request process that are submitted via the designated support channels.
- Investigate reported user issues to pinpoint root causes and propose potential solutions.
- Document and escalate system problems and bugs to the appropriate technology resources.
- Champion best practices and capabilities to enhance the user experience within applications.
- Collaborate with the Portfolio Management team to stay current on the Salesforce Roadmap features and functionality.
- Analyze user adoption trends and offer feedback to the Portfolio Management team for necessary improvements.
- Engage in cross training with peers on Linear, Addressable, Policy, CRM, and other platforms as required.
- Familiarize with KPI and analytics to support training and product needs.
- Enhance and streamline communication to sales teams regarding new releases, updates, and issues in collaboration with counterparts and leadership, ensuring consistent messaging to the user community.
- Organize feedback sessions with user community to continuously enhance training and support of the application.
- Support materials and tools essential for onboarding new users and existing users, fostering enthusiasm for system training and the tool.
- Aid in the coordination of planning and scheduling of training sessions in coordination with Portfolio Management team.
- Support the creation and documentation of training materials so they are in a concise and learner friendly manner.
- Serve as a trainer for the Linear, Addressable, Policy, and CRM tool set.
- Champion best practices partnering with Ad Platforms and across Sales Enablement
The individual reports to the Manager, Portfolio Support.
Requirements
- Preferred 1 year of experience in Sales Analytics, or Planning/Ad Operations
- Preferred 1 year of experience with Salesforce and analytics
- Exposure to/experience with ad sales and ad tech
- Track record of collaboration, consensus-building and project management across functional areas and levels of seniority
- Knowledge of and enthusiasm for emerging media and technology
- Excellent analytical skills (Excel) with the ability to present complex data simply (Salesforce dashboards, PowerPoint)
- Practical, with ability to prioritize work and make a recommendation based on analysis and input from stakeholders.
- Adept at simultaneously managing multiple work streams and prioritizing work that has the most impact and urgency.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A flexible team member who is willing to jump in as needed.

The hiring range for this position in New York is $61,200.00 to $74,800.00 per year based on a 40 hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
