About the Role & Program:
The Disney Branded Television (DBT) Content Acquisitions & Partnerships team is part of the Platform Distribution group for Disney Entertainment (DE). On the Content Acquisitions side, we work with the Disney Channel, Disney Junior, and Disney XD programming and development teams to identify high-quality third-party content that supports our brands. On the Partnerships side, we liaise with our content partners, both internal and external, to support our acquired titles.
Do you have a strong interest in kids’ TV content and affinity for the Disney Channel family of brands? We are looking for an intern to join our team and be part of this exciting work!
What You Will Do:
- Manage submissions database by logging and updating with content submissions and materials.
- Review potential acquisitions, screen materials, read scripts for coverage, and attend pitch meetings.
- Coordinate meeting agendas and build monthly meeting presentations on PowerPoint.
- Maintain various internal Box and OneDrive folders and systems.
- Assist in organizing all aspects of the global team’s attendance at industry events and markets and coordinate the sharing/filing/tracking of follow-up materials.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong interest in kids’ content, affinity for the Disney Branded Television family of brands (Disney Channel, Disney XD, Disney Junior) is a plus
- Skilled in Airtable, Box, and Microsoft Office software (Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel). Proficiency in Airtable and Box is strongly preferred.
Preferred Education:
- Undergraduate students in their Junior or Senior year
Eligibility Requirements & Program Information:
- Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application posting OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Possess unrestricted work authorization
- Have not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or Disney College Program
Additional Information:
- This internship is a full-time, 40 hours a week commitment from June 2026-August 2026
- Able to provide own housing for the duration internship program in New York City
- Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work
The pay rate for this role in New York is $22.50 per hour.
