Disney Theatrical Group is seeking a passionate and dedicated Intern to join our Sales and Analytics team with a focus on CRM. This internship provides a unique opportunity to work closely with the Sales and Analytics team and gain valuable experience in sales analytics, ticketing operations, email and SMS marketing, guest services, and group sales. 

What You Will Do:

  • Assist the team in day-to-day activities, including preparing and refreshing reports, maintaining tracking documents, and performing audits on various channels to ensure up-to-date and accurate policies and information. Attend weekly sales and marketing update meetings. 

  • Support the development and execution of targeted email campaigns by preparing lists, tracking campaign metrics, and compiling performance reports.

  • Collaborate with team members to analyze customer feedback and engagement data, contributing insights for improving future CRM strategies.

  • Assist in maintaining and updating customer databases, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across CRM systems.

  • Generate reports on ticket sales performance and identify opportunities for dynamic pricing and process improvement.

  • Provide excellent customer service to guests, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all ticket buyers through the guest services platform, Zendesk. Contribute to the development of customer service best practices.  

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of ticket sales, customer information, and other relevant data using ticketing systems.  

  • Support the CRM, Groups, and Tourism Sales teams with analysis of industry trends.

  • Conduct research on current Broadway musical ticket prices and analyze prices across various productions.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Passion for live theatre, music, dance and the arts

  • Strong proficiency with at least one data analysis tool (Excel, Tableau, etc.)

  • Familiarity with ticketing and CRM systems a plus, but not necessary

Education:

  • Pursuing an undergraduate degree in business, economics, marketing, theater, music, or a related field

Eligibility Requirements & Program Information:

Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements:

  • Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.

  • Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program.

  • Be at least 18 years of age

  • Possess unrestricted work authorization

Additional Information:

  • Must provide full work availability from June 1 through August 14, 2026

  • Must provide own housing and transportation, position is located in New York City.
