Job Summary:

The Executive Assistant role supports the day-to-day operations Multiplatform Partnerships. This role reports to and provides executive administrative support for the Vice President. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage a high volume of work while navigating priorities with creativity and resourcefulness.

Responsibilities:

  • Executive Support:

    • Manage the administrative needs of a VP.

    • Schedule and manage a high volume of meetings, oversee complex calendaring, and coordinate travel arrangements.

    • Handle expense reports in Concur, process invoices via SAP, and manage distribution lists.

    • Assist with procurement of office supplies.

  • Project Support:

    • Assist in departmental projects, including creating presentations, reviewing materials, and conducting research.

    • Develop and maintain decks and documents in Keynote and PowerPoint and organize files on Teams/SharePoint.

  • Weekly Updates:

    • Compile and distribute weekly updates to Directors and other stakeholders.

    • Compile monthly review materials into word/deck presentation.

  • Team Communication & Event Facilitation:

    • Provide general office support, including liaising with building staff, facilitating in-office moves, and setting up new team members.

    • Organize team events, both in-person and virtually.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of proven experience as an executive assistant in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize workload effectively.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, Keynote, and PowerPoint.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

  • Self-starter with the ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing situations.

  • Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal.

  • Event planning experience and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

  • Flexibility to accommodate different time zones and work schedules, with occasional overtime.

  • Candidates must be based within a reasonable commuting distance of our New York City office, as this role requires on-site presence four days per week.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of proven experience as an executive assistant in a fast-paced environment.

Required Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in media related field or equivalent work experience.


The hiring range for this position in New York, NY is $56,500 to $76,000 per year based on a 40 hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
