About the Role & Program:
Live Kelly and Ryan is a daily, one-hour talk show hosted by Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos. The program features a mix of celebrities, entertainers, cooking and health and fashion segments. “LIVE” boasts its trademark “host chat” at the top of the show, then consists of variety programming at its best!

What You Will Do:
Our interns at LIVE! help to make the daily operations of the production run smoothly. Interns will assist by acting as production assistants during taping of the show. This includes managing a large audience, handing out raffle tickets and giveaway prizes, setting up green rooms, and coordinating paperwork with the celebrity guests. In the production office, our interns will help producers with research for lifestyle segments as well as gathering information for celebrity interviews, often sourcing talk points that make it to air. Interns will have the opportunity to observe different areas of the show’s production both on and off the set. Our interns will support the staff by answering phones, logging show notes, running errands, managing the intern email account, and other production tasks that come up throughout the day. You will gain knowledge and experience in audience coordination and television production.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Takes initiative and independently drives tasks to completion
High attention to detail and experience multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Pursuing a career in television production or entertainment
Proven skills utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in a professional environment
Major or previous coursework in Broadcast Journalism, Communication, Film & Television, Screenwriting, or related major
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in entertainment or production
Education:
Undergraduate students in their junior/senior year
Eligibility Requirements & Program Information
Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements:
Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.
Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program.
Be at least 18 years of age
Possess unrestricted work authorization
Additional Information:
Be able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship
The approximate dates of this internship are June 2026 through December 18, 2026
All candidates must be willing to work Monday through Wednesday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM; 24 hours per week
Able to provide own housing for the duration internship program in the New York, New York area
Able to provide reliable transportation to/from work in the New York area
The pay rate for this role in New York is $22.50 per hour.
