About the Role & Team

Client Connect is the strategic team in Client Partnerships, responsible for CLIENT RESPONSE, creating client-first solutions across STREAMING, SPORTS, ENTERTAINMENT, MULTICULTURAL and CROSS-PORTFOLIO to drive and maximize revenue.

What You Will Do:

Reporting into Director, Client Connect, this role will be responsible for delivering client response for one category, collaborating with team members, peers and partners across sales and solutions teams to create custom innovative client-first ideas, proposals, and presentations that deliver against the goals and objectives of the advertising partners. In addition, may provide leadership to Client Connect team members responsible for category client response with a focus on addressable.

  • Create, market-leading proposals and presentations in response to both proactive requests and category RFP’s that leverage assets and capabilities across Client Connect and Disney overall portfolio, with cohesive sales rationale and innovative ideas

  • Responds to Client RFPs by develop compelling pitch materials in various presentation software

  • Attend client meetings with Client Connect and Sales leads to help sell through ideas

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders (e.g., client, brand and local solutions, sales, etc.)

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • 5+ years of marketing, sponsorship, promotion, branded entertainment, and/or media experience

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to translate verbal ideas into written presentations.

  • Experience developing RFP responses including demonstrated ability in building insights-led proposals

  • Expertise in project management/execution with multi-tasking abilities, attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Can interpret internal or external business strategies, opportunities and trends and recommend best practices

  • Positive attitude, problem-solving skills and a kind yet assertive nature

  • Fully proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Keynote, Google Docs/Sheets

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

The hiring range for this position in New York is $108,500 - $145,400 per year. The hiring range for this position in Santa Monica, CA and Chicago, IL is $103,500 - $138,800 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
