The Product Marketing & Subscriber Strategy team builds DTC strategies and testing roadmaps that drive growth, engagement, and business results across subscription types. With a focus on optimizing the fan experience across touchpoints, from Marketing Landing Pages through upselling and cancellation flows, building loyal fans who understand the value proposition and stay subscribers. We understand the DTC business and effectively communicate and steer priorities through strategic and targeted marketing efforts.
The Marketing Automation & Messaging Operations Manager will be responsible for Braze all support related to journey building, focused on email, in-app, and other messaging channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations, experience in Braze or other CRM platforms and digital marketing, with a proven track record of improving CRM messaging goals and KPIs. This position is based in New York, NY and is a 1-year project based role.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and work through requests for Braze messaging from both CRM and Product Marketing teams.
- Partner across team to launch, maintain and evaluate A/B tests
- Assist in all reporting and analytics for messaging
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Work with Operations team to build out best practices
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations or digital marketing, with a focus on working in CMS tolls for Braze
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Required Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

The hiring range for this position in New York, NY is $110,100.00 to $147,600.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
