This role sits at the intersection of finance, engineering, product, and operations, and is responsible for turning complex consumption, usage, and vendor data into clear insights that inform executive decision-making, financial planning, and technology strategy. You will partner closely with engineering leaders, finance, sourcing, and platform teams to improve cost visibility, forecasting accuracy, and operational rigor across Disney’s global technology footprint.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as a key analytical partner to engineering, product, finance, and operations teams across all consumption-based spend categories

  • Manage multiple, time-sensitive workstreams in a fast-paced environment, maintaining focus and prioritization under pressure
  • Proactively identify gaps, risks, or variances in operating plans and escalate with data-backed recommendations
  • Navigate ambiguity with ownership and accountability, driving work to resolution and delivery

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, financial analysis, FinOps, technology operations, or a related role
  • Experience working with consumption-based cost models, such as cloud infrastructure, SaaS, data platforms, or CDN
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to use data to support assumptions, decisions, and outcomes
  • Demonstrated experience working in highly cross-functional environments with engineering, finance, and operations teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience producing concise, executive-level documents and presentations
  • Comfort working with incomplete information and evolving requirements in a deadline-driven environment
  • Experience working with distributed and global teams is a plus
  • Familiarity with FinOps concepts, cloud billing data, or cost management tooling is a plus
