The Growth Marketing team is tasked with driving new subscriber acquisition & driving Disney Streaming’s profitability business objectives for Disney+ and The Disney Bundle. The team is responsible for the planning, execution, and optimization of user acquisition and performance marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate has a passion for the digital media landscape and understands the intricacies and unique attributes of every step in the marketing funnel.

As the Visual Designer, you will be responsible for creating and supporting the delivery of designs and ad placements for digital growth marketing and retention campaigns. Our campaigns come in many formats such as rich media display ads, marketing landing page components, animation/motion graphics, social media posts, marketing emails and more. Graphic Designers focus on production and layout design, across digital platforms, contributing to group projects and working independently depending on tasks and campaign needs. You will work with Art Directors, Sr. Visual Designers, Copywriters, Motion Graphics Designers and other marketing teams to make our campaigns come to life.

We are looking for candidates that are self-starters, have strong conceptualization skills, and passion for design, advertising and creative marketing. Responsibilities:

  • Support Creative/Art Directors with the production of digital marketing assets
  • Versioning of creative assets for global marketing campaigns
  • Contribute to the conceptualization of campaign concepts/use of artwork
  • Design visual solutions for social media assets
  • Support design and implementation of campaign and weekly marketing emails

Basic Qualifications:

  • A portfolio reflecting precise fundamental graphic design skills with understanding of message hierarchy, typographic layout and pixel perfect Photoshop compositing.
  • 2+ years of experience in a design or comparable role
  • BA/BFA in Graphic Design, a comparable certification, or equivalent experience required
  • Experience staying up to date on new design and creative technologies, industry trends and innovation
  • Passion for team culture initiatives
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Expert Adobe Creative Suite abilities, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign as well as Sketch, HTML and CSS, Figma

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working on film/entertainment, sports, lifestyle brands are a plus

The hiring range for this position in New York is $80,800 to $108,300 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
