Job Summary:

Join the Guest Services Call Center as a Call Center Representative!
Call Center Representatives help Guests and Cast Members who call the Guest Service Call Center! They provide resources, information and resolution for Guests staying at a Walt Disney World Resort. They also handle phone calls for executives and emergency calls. This Full Time position requires full availability and is located inside a high-volume call center with a 24/7 operation.
The pay rate for this position is $17.50/hour.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding Guest Service when problems arise and help find solutions
  • Ability to use good judgment and decision making
  • Curiosity & interest about Disney Products
  • Navigate between multiple and concurrent computer applications
  • Answer emergency calls and responding appropriately
  • Meet required departmental metric expectations including efficiency goals
  • Provide comprehensive information about The Walt Disney World Resort using numerous software applications during this process
  • Assist Guests needs by answering questions, giving directions, and sharing excellent insight about the Theme Parks and surrounding areas
  • Develop excellent relationships with Guests and Cast Members from all lines of business to provide excellent service
  • Complete all required Company training and compliance courses as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience in a customer service or contact center environment
  • Computer proficiency within a Microsoft Windows environment and working on dual monitors
  • Capacity to handle conflict resolution and make decisions through balance of integrity and partner resourcing
  • Adaptability to the fluctuating needs of our operations
  • Maintain discretion and Guest confidentiality
  • Written and verbal communications skills
  • Three weeks of Full availability during Training
  • Flexible with work schedule, including weekends holidays and overnight shifts

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Walt Disney World products and services
  • Understanding of The Disney Hub and My Disney Experience
  • Proficiency in SharePoint, Teams, Spok, HotSOS, Avaya
