The pay rate for this role in Florida is $17.00 per hour. **Premium of $1.00 per hour for all hours worked on or after 10:00pm.
Our Theme Parks and Resort Hotels operate 24 hours a day, 365 days year. Please note that the principles of seniority are used to schedule all roles.
Part-Time requires full availability for any shift, any (3) days per week, including nights and holidays. Part-Time Cast Members will work between 0 hour to 24 hours per week.

Responsibilities:
- Detail clean and disinfect restrooms, walkways, restaurants, merchandise stores, and other areas
- Dust, mop, sweep, scrub, polish, vacuum, buff, wax, strip, and spot clean all floor surfaces and carpets
- May perform wake up “calls” by knocking when Guest does not answer phone (Guest Service skills required)
- May make deliveries to Guest rooms, including amenities, small appliances, linens, bedrails, and rollaway beds
- May clean Guest rooms after Guest complaints, engineering, or illnesses (full Blood borne Pathogens training is required)
- Cast are sometimes called upon to pick up room service trays, perform fire watches, and any other operational needs related to the resort
- May be called upon for assistance by the Property Duty Manager to aid in an Emergency situation, since overnight personnel resources are limited
- Driving Company vehicle
- Work at different heights to clean building windows, walls, and ceilings
- Cleaning hazardous spills
- Comfortable driving at night with limited visibility
- Use of cleaning chemicals
- Ability to operate equipment including vacuums or other heavy equipment
- Operate iPhone for communication combine and/or a radio
- Learn D-Clean application for task communications
Basic Qualifications:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Valid US Driver’s License required
- Committed to a third shift (overnight) schedule
- Strong communication skills (including written and spoken English, and people skills) to positively talk with Guests, Cast Members, and leadership
- Physical role requiring heavy lifting, walking, pushing, pulling, bending twisting, and kneeling
- Ability to work without direct supervision
- Receptive to driving, initiative-taking, good judgment, and high level of responsibility
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous commercial and residential cleaning experience
- Previous pressure washing experience
- Previous experience using specialized floor cleaning equipment (buffers and carpet care cleaners)
