We need a Principal Program Manager to join the Global Information Security Corporate and Disney Experiences Information Security Officer (ISO) team! This position works closely with leadership to drive high priority Cybersecurity remediation.
What You Will Do
You will work on strategy, priorities, and finances for the ISO Cybersecurity program. You will also be responsible for all aspects of remediation related to Cybersecurity investigations, designing solutions to address risk and ensuring fixes are implemented timely.
Responsibilities:
Work with engineering teams, including Software Engineers, Product Managers, Architects, and leadership to design solutions addressing gaps identified during Cybersecurity incidents
Articulate technical solution into business strategy and understand the big picture as it relates to business value
Analyze takeaways from Cybersecurity investigations to determine opportunities for further improvement across the Segment ecosystems
Cultivate a strong network of Cybersecurity, technology, and business leaders within the Segment, Global Information Security, and across the Company
Actively coordinate with executives on strategic planning process, communication of strategic and organizational priorities
Lead the organization’s strategic roadmap by supervising all initiatives and verifying execution
Help define and implement the Cybersecurity Program’s communications strategy
Lead all financial initiatives, including annual budget development, forecasting, SOW’s, and procurement process
Must Have
Minimum 10+ years of cybersecurity experience
Ability to communicate security issues to technical and non-technical audiences
In depth understanding of security fundamentals and common vulnerabilities in addition to web, mobile, and enterprise application vulnerabilities
Experience leading change in a multifaceted environment and ability to build consensus
Project and program management experience with strong organizational skills
Experience creating Executive presentations and an ability to communicate security and risk-related concepts in a business context
Financial management experience
Nice To Have
Familiarity with risk methodologies, industry security-related frameworks, such as NIT CSF.NIS 800.53, SOC 2 Trust Principles, or PCI Data Security Standard.
Strong existing network within the Company and familiarity with tools/processes and Company culture
Certifications in one of more of the following – CISA, CISSP, CISM, CRISC
Education
Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience
