Responsibilities:
Parking- Cast Members working in parking can expect to be placed into a rotation of positions throughout their shift working outdoors
- Greeter, Sorter, Merge, Cast Shuttle
- Courtesy Carts
- Paid Parking - Process Guest orders through a Point of Sale system (POS), including processing credit card transactions
- Cast Members working as Park Greeter can expect to work outdoors
- Welcome and assist Guests in gaining access to the complex using one of the multiple ticketing systems
- Enforcing Main Entrance Policies (Ticket Requirements, Service Animals, Prohibited Items)
- Provide Entry Information to large groups of Guests by utilizing a microphone
- Verify waivers and distribute credentials during the registration process
- Cast Members in Usher positions can expect to work both indoors and outdoors
- Explain event and site offerings and answer related Guest questions
- Climb up and down stairs and may stand in one place for extended periods of time during peak operational hours
- Manage large crowds of Guests
- May be performing high spieling of repetitive information
- Provide Safety Information by utilizing a microphone/take ownership during an emergency situation
- Enforce venue policies including prohibited items, alcohol, strollers, etc.
Basic Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for this role
- Driver's license required
- Strong written and interpersonal communications skills
- Physical role requiring heavy lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, and kneeling
- Ability to stand for long periods of time or walking long distance
- Cast members can be required to handle cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Additional Personal Protective Equipment (face shields, goggles, refillable hand sanitizers, etc.) may be required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual preferred
- Previous experience speaking in front of large groups or audiences

SCHEDULE AVAILABILTYOur Theme Parks and Resort Hotels operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and some shifts may start as early as 5:00am while some may end as late as 3:00am, 4:00am or 5:00am. Please note that the principles of seniority are used to schedule all roles.
