The Senior Inventory Control Clerk will be responsible for ensuring accuracy in warehousing and shipments, while effectively utilizing strong computer skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

The Senior Inventory Control Clerk will report to the Area Manager- Costume Storage.

This is a Casual Temporary or Seasonal role with no guarantee of weekly working hours, as hours will fluctuate based on business needed.

What You Will Do:

  • Ensure inventory transactions are input and reconciled through a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
  • Partner with Costume Buyers to reconcile payment or quantity discrepancies
  • Monitor and research cycle counts and reconciliations for inventory accuracy
  • Collaborate with internal partners to ensure order details and requirements are accurate and aligned
  • Help with special projects and other duties as assigned by the Costuming Leadership Team

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience with SAP WMS, Warehouse Management Systems, or other logistics systems
  • Experience identifying issues, troubleshooting, and implementing process improvements
  • Experience in planning, problem-solving, conflict resolution, influencing, and negotiating (written and verbal communication)
  • Experience working in a team environment where collaboration is key
  • Experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to be flexible with work schedule, including extended hours and holidays
  • Ability to work around all types of fabrics, fibers, and synthetic furs 
  • Ability to drive between work locations in a given day
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding role that requires lifting to 50 lbs. as well as frequent climbing, squatting, and standing for long durations of time

Preferred Qualifications:

It would be great if you also have:

  • Experience utilizing Blue Yonder, Smartsheet, and/or advanced Excel functionality
  • Experience working in Disney costuming within warehouse operations and procedures

Education:

  • High School diploma or equivalent is required
  • Advanced degree in logistics, warehousing, inventory control, or related field is preferred
