The Walt Disney Company is seeking a Content Producer (AV) to join the team in our Melbourne office. The Content Producer (AV) will be accountable for a range of field and post-production responsibilities including development, brainstorming and conceptualisation, scriptwriting, directing, editing and oversight of graphic and audio sessions. It is a multifaceted role and you must have a clear understanding of the full production pathway from inception to completion.
Strong stakeholder management is a key factor to this role, preferably with experience from a Network or Production Company. You will be adept at juggling numerous projects of varying sizes and will have a proven track record for delivering work on time and to budget for some of the biggest brands in the world.

Your key responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
- Producing, editing, directing and writing short form, long form, social, digital and promotional broadcast content in support of the commercial objectives for TWDC ANZ.
- Producing and managing studio, location shoots and after-hour event premieres when needed.
- Actively engage and ideate in brainstorming sessions, providing personal expertise to enhance creative outputs.
- Work closely with Production Management to manage pre-production logistics including; scheduling, budgeting, call sheets, script breakdowns, crew, and adhering to legal requirements.
- As the creative lead, juggle multiple large-scale briefs, while being able to prioritise and time manage accordingly.
- Oversee external production partners across multiple briefs ensuring creative and brand alignment.
To be successful in this role, you will hold:
- Minimum 4 years’ experience working in a content environment, preferably from inhouse Network or Production Company space
- Experience working across multiple genres of content and brands, with the ability to juggle multiple brand voices
- Demonstrated producing, editing, directing, scripting, creative ideation, pitching, storyboarding skills with a strong body of work
- Adept knowledge in use of the Adobe Creative Suite, in particular Premiere Pro, After Affects, Photoshop and Audition or Pro Tools
- Experience working in a fast-paced office environment, with multiple high-volume turnaround of creative assets
- Versed in the various state protocols of child employment an advantage
- Proven abilities of directing talent and working with crews on set
