Reporting to Manager, Growth Marketing, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day management and execution of performance marketing initiatives across Australia and New Zealand. You will play a key role in the execution of initiatives across Paid Social, Paid Search, Programmatic Display, Audio & Video.

To succeed in this role, you should have strong knowledge of programmatic and digital media, with experience in growth and acquisition tactics and initiatives. We are looking for a team player who is naturally curious and has strong communication, stakeholder management skills, a growth-mindset, and who clearly demonstrates critical thinking abilities to help further develop, manage and drive acquisition tactics forward.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide support across Growth Marketing Channels:

  • Support the Growth Marketing Manager with the ongoing management / optimisation of digital campaigns and testing initiatives across paid media channels, including the monitoring of local channel trends.
  • Assist in the project management of local Growth Marketing initiatives across Paid Social, Paid Search, Programmatic Display, Audio & Video, working with internal and external stakeholders in ensuring timely delivery, launch, and ongoing program optimisation.
  • Assist in delivering against target CPA and subscriber acquisition volumes, including identifying opportunities to improve efficiencies and expand current programs of work.

Performance campaign management & experimentation:

  • Able to gather and define project requirements, prioritise work based on business priorities, and adapt in a fast-changing environment
  • Partner with global teams to review and optimise channel performance
  • Support Growth Marketing Manager to ideate on paid media tests and drive channel experimentation
  • Work with the broader team to ensure all campaign assets are available for localisation and approved for distribution and trafficking as per planned dates.

Collaboration:

  • Work with wider marketing teams internally to integrate growth programs with broader marketing plans, and find further cross-team collaboration and alignment opportunities.
  • Support the Growth Marketing team in partnering with regional and global teams on day-to-day communication, sharing of best practices, assets and plans.
  • Act as core person of contact for outlined channels, driving programs forward and communicating with core local and international stakeholders on a daily basis.
  • Record minutes of global calls, and follow up on key action points.

Reporting:

  • Responsible for the reporting of channel performance.
  • Assist with the on-going, day-to-day analysis of channel performance to ensure optimisation recommendations are proactively discussed and implemented with stakeholders

Ideal experience:

  • 3+ years’ experience in a similar role with a Performance Marketing focus
  • Media, and/or Digital Agency experience preferable but not essential
  • Proven experience within digital media and programmatic platforms, including developing growth initiatives and working towards performance metrics.
  • Marketing Strategy and Operations: An understanding of best-practice across programmatic digital, from customer identification and segmentation, to strategic planning, campaign implementation, measurement and optimisation.
  • Teamwork and Time-Management: Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment, working at pace, with multiple stakeholders (local and international), managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
