The Project Coordinator – Creative (internally known as Creative Services Executive) is a key member of the Creative & Production team. This role is responsible for the day‑to‑day coordination, planning and delivery of creative assets across campaigns, ensuring projects are accurately briefed, appropriately resourced and delivered on time, on brand and to specification. Working closely with senior creatives, designers, external agencies and stakeholders across The Walt Disney Company AUNZ, this role plays a vital part in enabling the team to deliver outstanding creative work at pace.

Your key responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
- Coordinating and managing creative projects end, including reviewing briefs, planning timelines, allocating resources and tracking milestones using traffic and job management tools.
- Partnering with the Creative & Production team and internal stakeholders to ensure briefs are strategic, accurate, achievable and aligned to broader business priorities.
- Overseeing creative resourcing in conjunction with the Senior Design Manager, balancing workloads and leveraging individual strengths across an expanding team and portfolio.
- Managing workflows, approvals, delivery and distribution of creative assets, including local commissions, live sports artwork and urgent updates.
- Acting as a central point of contact for stakeholders and external vendors, facilitating clear communication, alignment and on time delivery.
- Upholding Disney’s brand standards through quality control, brand compliance, and adherence to global and local guidelines.
To be successful in this role, you will hold:
- Proven experience in creative project coordination, traffic management or creative operations, ideally within an in‑house or agency environment.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and stakeholders concurrently.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence working across teams and with external partners.
- A strong understanding of creative workflows, deliverables, asset specifications and approval processes across multiple channels.
- High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset, able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Experience using project management or traffic tools (e.g. Monday.com or similar) and managing external suppliers or agencies.
