Wherever you are in the amazing world of Disney, you are contributing to the stories of our iconic brands, recognised by audiences everywhere for entertainment, information and inspiration. Innovation, imagination and inclusion are at the core of Disney, defining the experience that we deliver as well as providing the foundation of our success. The scope of our business, combined with global growth and collaboration, result in an inclusive employee experience characterised by continuous learning, development and achievement.

The Project Manager, Partnerships is accountable for the successful end-to-end delivery of key partnership projects within the Business Development function. At the heart of this role is the opportunity to shape meaningful, long-term partnerships that deliver commercial and strategic impact. You’ll play a central part in bringing cross functional teams together, driving high value initiatives, and unlocking opportunities that strengthen our market position. If you’re energised by collaboration, complexity, and seeing your work translate into tangible results, this role will put you right at the centre of the action.

Our ideal candidate is a marketer at heart—someone who instinctively understands how to bring a campaign to life and deliver work that resonates. You pair strategic thinking with hands on execution, moving easily between shaping the long-term vision and managing the detail required to make it happen. You thrive in collaborative environments, building trust quickly, and influencing stakeholders through clarity, credibility, and commercial insight.

Confident navigating ambiguity and calm under pressure, you stay focused on solutions that create value for the business and our partners. With a resilient, steady approach and a talent for bringing people together, you turn complex challenges into clear, actionable pathways.

Your key responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

  • End  toEnd Project Ownership – Lead and deliver complex partnership initiatives from inception through to execution, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, budget, and quality expectations.

  • Stakeholder & Relationship Management – Serve as the central connector between TWDC and external partners, influencing senior stakeholders and navigating complex organisational structures with ease.

  • Strategic Partnership Development – Build, strengthen, and optimise long term partnerships—including marquee relationships such as Marvel Stadium/AFL—aligned to commercial and strategic growth objectives.

  • Cross Functional Leadership & Alignment – Coordinate multiple internal business units and international teams to ensure cohesive, integrated partnership delivery.

  • Commercial & Negotiation Excellence – Apply strong commercial judgement to maximise value, lead partner and supplier negotiations, and identify opportunities for incremental growth.

  • Operational Governance & Risk Management – Navigate legal, brand, and governance frameworks while proactively managing risk, scope changes, performance metrics, and approvals.

To be successful in this role, you will hold:

  • Extensive experience in marketing, brand or experience-led environments with a strong project management focus

  • Experience in stadium, theme park, or entertainment venue operations highly advantageous

  • Background in brand management, activations or large-scale experiences for major brands advantageous

  • Proven success delivering complex, activation-based projects in fast-paced, matrixed organisations

  • Experience working within large global businesses with strong cross-line-of-business collaboration

  • Diplomatic, collaborative and confident stakeholder manager

  • Proactive, self-directed and adaptable in high-pressure environments
