Disney Destinations International is looking for an organised, proactive and detail-focused Team Coordinator to support our APAC team. This role will provide essential administrative, coordination and operational support to the Director, Travel & Business Development APAC, as well as the wider DDI team across the region.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys bringing structure, accuracy and energy to a busy regional team. You will play a key role in keeping the team connected, organised and supported across meetings, reporting, travel, events, finance processes and day-to-day operations.

This is a 12-month contract | Full-time

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide administrative and organisational support to the APAC DDI Director and wider team.
  • Manage diaries, coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and support meeting follow-ups and deliverables.
  • Process travel and expense claims, purchase orders and invoices, and support SAP-related activities.
  • Assist with budget tracking, accruals, quarterly reporting and end-of-month or end-of-year processes.
  • Create presentation materials, PCR decks and team documentation as required.
  • Support the coordination and execution of DDI events, marketing activity, trade programs and partnership initiatives.
  • Maintain team folders, databases, schedules, reports and shared assets to ensure information is accurate and easy to access.
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, helping the team operate smoothly across APAC markets.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in an administrative, team assistant, coordinator or operational support role.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, multi-task and work calmly under pressure.
  • Experience supporting budgets, expenses, invoices or reporting processes, with strong attention to detail.
  • Confident capability across Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint; Keynote experience is an advantage.
  • Experience using SAP or similar finance systems would be beneficial.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach, with a genuine team-player mindset.
  • An interest in travel, marketing, partnerships, events or the entertainment industry would be highly regarded.
