Job Summary:

The Disney Advertising, Entertainment & Client Solutions team is seeking a Coordinator who will be an exceptional addition to our group. As a member of the Streaming Solutions vertical within Entertainment & Client Solutions, you will join a dynamic team that is responsible for building, pitching, and executing best-in-class advertising solutions and proactive sponsorship opportunities for partners based on Hulu and Disney+’s suite of content and ad products.

Reporting into a Senior Manager of Streaming Solutions, the right person for this role is someone interested in supporting a team that helps advertising partners drive ROI through opportunities that leverage Disney streaming platforms’ data insights, product capabilities, and original programming.

Job Summary:

Supporting the Streaming Solutions – Unscripted vertical, this role requires the ability to thrive within a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks at a time. We seek a naturally inquisitive, self-motivated individual who is enthusiastic about being part of a team that is challenging the norm and redefining streaming. This individual must have a keen attention to detail and excellent communication skills to support team organizational needs and projects, both proactively and reactively, while working with many disciplines across the Disney organization, including but not limited to Research, Analytics, Pricing & Planning, Content Programming, Originals Marketing, Brand Partnerships, Addressable Solutions, Sales and Legal. This person must also embody and reinforce DET’s values of innovation, inclusion, inspiration, and integrity, contributing positively to our company culture.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Develop and maintain team documents, i.e., trackers, reporting, internal meeting and sales materials.

  • Manage internal team organizational tools and systems.

  • Coordinate cross-functional team meetings as needed.

  • Support senior team leadership with aggregating and refining internal data for various reporting projects.

  • Contribute to the development of market-leading ad sales opportunities tied to Hulu and Disney+.

  • Gather data, insights, creative assets for materials.

  • Monitor and update existing materials with the latest information and details.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • 1+ years of experience within the media industry, preferably, at publisher, network or agency.

  • Organized, attention to detail-led approach with the ability to multi-task and manage time.

  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.

  • Self-motivated and proactive; eager to lean in.

  • Appetite for learning and a curiosity-driven mindset.

  • Familiar with Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Docs/Sheets.

  • Preferred: strong interest for unscripted streaming content as well as the Hulu and Disney+ brands

The hiring range for this position in Santa Monica, CA is $54,000 to $72,300 per year and in New York, NY is $56,600 to $75,900 per year based on a 40 hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
