We are responsible for creative, strategy, and production of custom branded entertainment and sponsored content solutions across all Disney Entertainment platforms and channels - ABC, FX, Hulu, Disney+, Freeform, National Geographic, Disney Channels and Disney Branded Television.

Disney CreativeWorks Studio is seeking a Producer, Design & Motion Graphics, to manage the production and daily workflow for all design and motion graphics requests, including but not limited to CreativeWorks design elements for streaming, digital, social, and linear, as well as presentation decks and other miscellaneous Networks Creative Services design needs. The position reports to the Senior Manager, Production & Project Management.

Responsibilities: 

  • Support all relevant DCW internal and external partners/stakeholders on design and motion graphics projects needs and requests. This includes attending in-person meetings; taking detailed and accurate notes during all phases of project planning and reviews; collaborating with stakeholders on best production methods; accurate and timely follow-ups and information sharing to ensure that the design, creative, and production teams have complete and actionable information.
  • Collaborate with in-house Designers, DCW Creative leads, and Production/Project Management teams to ensure that projects are properly scheduled, budgeted, prepped, and staffed, and have the support needed to execute at the highest levels on time and within budget.
  • Manage vendors, including communicating on all aspects of production. Produce any physical shoots necessary for content capture that may be part of design solutions. Work with Sr Manager, executives, and legal to establish vendor agreements.
  • Manage and track all assets that artists are creating and/or working with and manage distribution between vendors, DCW and other internal stakeholders.
  • Schedule timely approvals and creative reviews to keep the project on track.
  • Point of contact for final quality control check, ensure specifications are met, and manage final delivery of assets.
  • Ensure final graphics and project files are properly archived.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of professional experience producing and managing design and motion graphics-related projects across multiple distribution platforms and formats.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in producing/managing content for streaming, social, linear, and digital platforms.
  • Experience in producing/managing print assets and presentation/deck design.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, and other graphic design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, AE).
  • Working familiarity with various social, digital, print, video specs and Wiredrive/Box/Aspera/ Frankie/Frame.io.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
  • Strong mathematical skills, working with delivery specs.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills are required. 
  • Must have ability to multitask, work effectively under changing priorities, heavy deadlines, and daily time constraints. 

Required Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Creative, Design, Digital Media, Production, or related fields.


The hiring range for this position in California is $112,100 to $150,200 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
