Job Summary:

About the Role & Program:

The Strategy & Project Management Team is looking for an intern to help drive a portfolio of global Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and partner operations initiatives during the transition into FY27. In this role, you will contribute to program execution, uphold reporting and operational rigor, and identify opportunities to improve processes and surface performance insights across key workstreams. This internship is a full-time (40 hours per week), five-month commitment based in the Santa Monica, CA area from September 2026 through December 2026.

What You Will Do:

Project & Program Support

· Support execution across multiple initiatives by maintaining project plans, tracking milestones, and ensuring alignment on timelines, risks, and dependencies

· Develop and maintain recurring reporting deliverables (weekly, monthly, quarterly), synthesizing data into clear updates and insights for stakeholder reviews

Process Improvement

· Evaluate existing workflows and reporting processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for simplification

· Assist in the development of standardized templates, documentation, and scalable processes

· Help identify and implement basic automation or tooling improvements where applicable

Operational Support

· Coordinate across cross-functional teams and partner groups to ensure timely inputs and execution

· Analyze operational and performance data to identify trends, surface risks early, and highlight areas for improvement

· Contribute to ongoing initiatives related to partner operations, reporting frameworks, and program execution

Required Qualifications & Skills:

· Strong organizational, time management, and project coordination skills

· Detail-oriented professional with a proactive mindset and ability to identify opportunities to improve efficiency and operational processes

· Proficiency in Google Workspace, including Sheets, Slides, and Docs

· Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills

· Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and synthesize insights into clear recommendations

· Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

· Experience working with reporting or data visualization tools such as Airtable and Tableau

Education:

· Junior or Senior standing preferred

· Major or previous coursework related to operations, analytics, project management, or process improvement

Additional Information:

· Fully available to work full-time (40 hours per week) during traditional business hours for the duration of the internship

· Able to provide own housing and reliable transportation in the Santa Monica, CA area


The pay rate for this role in Santa Monica, CA is $22.50 per hour.
