How will you contribute to our magical experience?

At Disney Brazil, the Coordinator, Marketing DTC is responsible for supporting the marketing strategy and execution for Local Original Productions across Disney Streaming Services. As Marketing Coordinator, this person will be part of the team responsible for coordinating and executing marketing campaigns that build awareness and engagement for local titles. We seek a passionate fan of films, TV series, and storytelling, who is always connected to streaming and entertainment trends. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, collaborative, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong cross-functional coordination skills, working closely with Distribution Sales, Partner Marketing, PR/Communications, Creative, Media, and Production teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and alignment across stakeholders.The candidate should also be comfortable managing budgets, tracking assets, supporting operational processes, and coordinating vendor payments. 

The Coordinator, Marketing DTC will be responsible for:

  • Craft and execute innovative marketing campaigns to spotlight new local titles, accurate development, and timely delivery. 
  • Guarantee local strategy effectiveness. 
  • Leverage existing owned digital platforms and social media channels to build and cultivate target audiences. 
  • Supervise and coordinate the production of communication materials with the internal Creative Marketing team by leading the make-list process and material delivery, ensuring time-to-market efficiency.  
  • Coordinate operational deliveries for our Synergy efforts, such as – spots, mentions, lifecycle and organize the delivery to our partner network: digital, media, PR, Partner MKT, etc.
  • Development of presentations and marketing reports. 
  • Craft influencer initiatives (briefing and content approval) as well as the material flow for marketing activities.
  • Coordinate Campaign Results in Brazil, being aligned with different areas – search campaign, offline, paid media etc. 
  • Act as the key point person for the Production LOP team.
  • Budget plan and control.
  • Supervise payment process: coordinate all invoices from different suppliers, system input, and include operation orders to be paid. 

What we need from you to be part of this story:

  • High competence in campaign planning and analysis (LOP experience preferred). 
  • Expertise in brand events such as premieres and talent handling.  
  • High direct and indirect leadership skills to create synchronicity among different departments. 
  • Experience in using data driven marketing to support decisions. 

Media & entertainment marketing experience – from strategy to execution. 

  • Advanced English proficiency is required. Spanish proficiency is preferred.
  • A true team-player with an entrepreneurial spirit, who will thrive upon the legacy of our company yet embrace unconventional thinking. 
  • High competence on long-term campaign planning, analysis, promoting synergies and 360° vision on calendar. 
  • Ensure creative quality standards and brand guidelines. 
  • Guarantee adoption of latest trends in audiovisual content production and marketing strategies to keep the brand's content relevant and appealing. 
  • Able to provide synchronicity, visibility, and engagement among all stakeholders.
  • Manage campaign budgets.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
