In this role, the Sr. Analyst, Total Rewards Brazil will ensure the integrity and execution of the compensation and benefits processes at the country level, guaranteeing the internal equity and external competitiveness of the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capability with the desire to develop their career as a compensation and benefits professional. This role will have the opportunity to create impact across the LATAM region and will join a world class, collaborative & supportive Human Resources function.
The Sr. Analyst, Total Rewards Brazil will be responsible for:
• Collaborating in the annual planning process for Merit increases, Annual Bonus and Long-Term Incentives.
• Supporting the design and delivery of salary structures, incentive plans, benefits and variable compensation program; providing relevant internal financial analyses and benchmark against external practices.
• Assist in the annual review process by preparing payroll and market pay analyses, drafting of communications and developing management decision-making tools.
• Evaluating and defining salary offers for internal and external and internal candidates across diverse business segments of the company.
• Collaborating with job analysis and job evaluation processes.
• Collecting and analyzing of salary and benefits surveys.
• Using expertise to help improve data collection tools and administrate processes.
• Proposing new innovative ways to manage and systematize indicators and relevant data.
• Resolving queries from internal or external stakeholders by providing accurate information and guidance.
• Oversee daily administration of employee benefits programs, including health, dental, life insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
• Evaluate, recommend, and implement benefit plan design changes that align with organizational goals and industry trends.
• Serve as the primary liaison with benefits vendors and third-party administrators, ensuring high-quality service and resolving escalated issues efficiently.
What we need from you to be part of this story:
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in similar positions.
• Team player, curious and adaptable in dynamic environment.
• Proactive and reliable partner with proven ability to builds relationships and delivers high quality results.
• Strong consultative skills, with the ability to influence, and provide advice.
• Capable of working independently and regionally, with strategic thinking in complex matrix organizations.
• Demonstrated computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (formula-driven worksheets and data analysis).
• Knowledge of Human Resources management system (Workday) is desirable.
• Advanced level of English and Spanish are necessary.
Required Education
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
