How will you contribute to our magical experience?
As a Supervisor, Marketing (Disney Cruise Line), you will contribute to the development of marketing plans for each assigned segment. You will also guide communication planning rooted in consumer insights and drive go-to-market innovation.
As a Cast Member, you will be a steward of our legacy and a key contributor to our thriving organization. The Marketing Strategy team drives consumer demand (revenue and bookings) for Disney Cruise Line by developing business and communication strategies and partnering with cross-functional teams to create campaigns that influence consumer behavior. The team also oversees the execution of plans to ensure each campaign or program is maximized across a range of marketing tactics
The Supervisor, Marketing (Disney Cruise Line) will be responsible for:
- Manage and expand social media and consumer‑direct marketing channels to drive segment growth.
- Develop creative assets and maintain brand style guidelines, providing clear and strategic creative feedback.
- Execute go‑to‑market campaigns using consumer insights, analytics, and cross‑disciplinary collaboration.
- Proactively identify and activate consumer and trade marketing opportunities with The Walt Disney Company across the region, collaborating with appropriate internal and third party partners.
- Partner with domestic PR Disney Cruise Line team to identify opportunities in market.
- Maintain strong understanding of the LATAM market, competitive landscape, and traveler behaviors to inform strategy.
- Oversee budgets, KPIs, and operational improvements to support business goals and ensure forecast accuracy for Marketing Supervisor–led projects.
- Attend in person events as needed to support Consumer and Trade activations.
- Communicate effectively across teams, adapt quickly to changing environments, and foster a collaborative, innovative culture.
- Identify and solve problems proactively while building relationships, encouraging creativity, and supporting team development.
What we need from you to be part of this story:
- At least 3-4 years of consumer marketing experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent.
- Previous work experience in Brand or Consumer Marketing, Marketing Strategy, Digital Marketing, Consumer Packaged Goods Marketing, or Advertising Account Management.
- Advanced level of English (is a must). Intermediate level of Spanish (is a plus).
- Experience working with social media, digital marketing, and SEO strategies.
- Strong technical marketing skills that support strategic thinking and creativity.
- Ability to build effective cross‑functional relationships and influence partners.
- Strong verbal and written storytelling skills that persuade stakeholders.
- Ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
- Demonstrated ability to solve straightforward problems using established methods and judgment.
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly and work within established guidelines.
