How will you contribute to our magical experience?

The PMO – Perks Program PM, supports the end-to-end management of the Perks/Sweepstakes integration program, working closely with partner and internal stakeholders. This role coordinates cross-functional activities across multiple teams, ensure alignment between Disney and Perks Partners, and drive timely delivery of agreed milestones and deliverables according to the defined Perks roadmap.

The PMO – Perks Program PM will be responsible for: 

  • End-to-end delivery of Perks initiatives, from kickoff through launch and post-launch review.
  • Ensure the engagement framework between Disney and strategic Partners, with clear ways of working and governance.
  • Onboard Partners and internal teams on Disney’s operating model, processes, and expectations.
  • Set meeting structure and agendas and share post meeting notes and action items.
  • Maintain Perks Backlog, including roadmap alignment, milestones, dependencies, and deadlines.
  • Drive and track progress on the various (sometimes simultaneous) Perks initiatives, working closely with the rest of the “Perks Squad”.
  • Track risks and to timely flag them internally.
  • Act as a point of coordination between Global Technical Account Managers and Disney LATAM cross-functional team
  • (business dev, legal, CS, partner marketing, BI, product) as well as the Partner counterparts.
  • Ensure collaboration and visibility across the board for internal teams.
  • Collaborate with the rest of Latam PMO to ensure a consistent, scalable, and standardized approach across Disney´s Projects .

What we need from you to be part of this story:

  • 4–6 years of experience in project, program, or PMO roles, preferably in digital, technology, media, partnerships, or integration-driven environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Communications, Systems, or a related field.
  • Advanced level of English.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and working with external partners or vendors.
  • Strong understanding of project and program management fundamentals, including planning, milestones, dependencies, risk management, and delivery tracking.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
  • Experience supporting or working within a PMO, following standardized processes, governance, and reporting frameworks.
  • Ability to engage effectively with both business and technical stakeholders, including technical account managers, product, BI, legal, marketing, and related teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience leading meetings, documenting decisions, and following up on action items.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to proactively identify risks and raise flags in a timely manner.
  • Comfort working with roadmaps, backlogs, trackers, and documentation tools.
