How you will contribute to our magical experience?:

The Supervisor, Sales Research's goal is to combine local expertise to support TWDC multiplatform ecosystem with actionable information, consumers insigths, analitycs and market trends in order to maximize our performance and revenue for our multiplatform (lineal and non-audience) and complementary OOH business across the region. My job is to give support to the Revenue direction by coordinatig adhoc studies, delivering adhoc quantitative and qualittative analysys for internal and axternal clients.

The Supervisor, Sales Research will be responsible for: 

  • Provide and Support using qualitative and quantitative data to position the various platforms of the company as a strong, revenue-producing brand, marketing key demographics that relate to major advertisers. Conducted specific projects using external vendors, which allows the incremental revenue in each TWDC's business;

  • Answer requests from internal customers, interpreting the appropriate data, and communicating the results along with necessary presentations, tables, charts and graphs.  Develop storylines with analysis of media and consumer research studies. Has a good understanding of the market positioning and strategies of assigned Disney properties. Manage special projects.

  • Transform data to insightful storytelling presentations arguments and insights to the Ad Sales team. Kantar Ibope Media Tools (TGI, Instar, Easymedia, Kantar Cross-Platform View), GWI, Comscore, TechEdge AdvantEdge and any other source information to indentify psychographic profiles and creates affinity stories for sales. 

  • Attend client meetings and represent the company in public  and you will be given support but freedom to develop the primary research business stream to meet clients’ needs with innovative and profitable research proposals.

  • Conceptualize and present proprietary quantitative and qualitative studies resulting in strategic reports and actionable insights for key commercial clients.

  • Oversee projects with external vendors, such as creative testing and consumer deep-dives, by monitoring key timelines and details, including recruitment of respondents, survey development, data output, and report delivery.

  • Strong analytical skills with proven experience in brand effectiveness, ad measurement, and key performance metrics, complemented by expertise in data-driven decision making.           

What we need from you to be part of this story:

  • 5 years' experience in the field.

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • English: Advanced. Spanish: intermediate (desirable).                          

  • Knowledge of basic and specialized market tools: Kantar Ibope Media Tools (TGI, Instar, Easymedia, Kantar Cross-Platform View), GWI, Comscore, TechEdge, AdvantEdge, etc.

  • Knowledge of visualization and presentation tools: Excel, Looker, Power BI, Power Point, Google Slides, etc.  

  • Proactively seek out and evaluate new resources, tools, and partners to ensure that we’re using the most current and effective methodologies. 

  • Strong working relationship with colleagues across multiple teams within the organization.       

  • Knowledge in how to communicate with clients to understand and document the business objectives.             

  • Data interpretation, writing reports, and making actionable recommendations.

  • Excelent interpersonal skills which will enable candidate to present Research result's documents to internal and external clients

  • Storytelling Skills.

  • Knowledge of studies of brand effectiveness, ad measurement, etc.  

  • Knowledge of Market Research and Digital Metrics.

  • Research analysis presenting skills.                                                 

  • Ability to Work Under Pressure.                           

  • Teamwork and effective communication.             

  • Conflict Resolution.

  • Decision Making.
