Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Media Planning Specialist to lead integrated media strategy and execution across TV, OOH, and Digital channels. This role plays a critical part in brand growth and content marketing through data-driven media planning, performance optimization, and close collaboration with global and local stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
1.Media Strategy & Planning
Own end-to-end integrated media strategies aligned with brand & content marketing objectives and target audiences
Design strategic media mixes across TV, OOH, and Digital channels
Lead budget allocation, pacing, and optimization to maximize media ROI
2. Campaign Execution
Plan, launch, and manage full-funnel media campaigns across all channels
Partner closely with media agencies and key platforms including TV, OOH, and major digital platforms (Naver, Kakao, Google, Meta, etc.)
Explore growth opportunities through new channels, beta programs, and emerging media solutions
3. Performance Management & Operations
Oversee daily paid media performance and optimization
Monitor campaign delivery and ensure operational excellence
Manage post-campaign billing and reconciliation processes
4. Measurement, Insights & Reporting
Analyze campaign performance against KPIs and business objectives
Translate data into actionable insights and optimization recommendations
Present performance results and strategic learnings to leadership
5.Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with local Content Marketing, Studio Marketing, and Creative teams
Ensure strategic alignment with global and regional headquarters, including tools and processes
Manage external partners and align stakeholders toward shared goals
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
Experience in the entertainment, media, or tech industry
5+ years of experience in media planning and buying (agency or in-house)
Proven experience executing integrated media campaigns (TV, Digital, OOH)
Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
Fluent communication skills in both Korean and English
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications
Media platform certifications (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, etc.)
Hands-on experience with analytics and media tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, DV360, The Trade Desk, and Meta Business Manager
