The Human Resources Intern will gain exposure to Learning and Development, Org Development, Inclusion, and Employee Engagement initiatives in Southeast Asia (SEA).
Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and execution of Employee Engagement Activities in SEA
Assist in the planning and execution of Learning and Development, Org Development and Inclusion activities in SEA
Assist in special projects across Organisational & Talent Solutions (OTS)
Internship Requirements:
Currently an undergraduate pursuing a bachelor's degree
Still an undergraduate and not yet graduated during the internship period
Must be available for full-time internship commitment (Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm) between January/February to June/July 2026

Requirements:
Currently an undergraduate pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources
Passion for Disney, Pixar, Star Wars and Marvel brands
Highly self-motivated and meticulous
Ability to adapt quickly to a constantly evolving organization, and to thrive in a fast-paced working environment
Strong team player; possesses good interpersonal skills with a high level of enthusiasm in collaborating in cross functional teams in HR
Adopts a inquisitive approach, proposing information and solutions in creative ways
Passionate team player with a never-ending curiosity
Creative mindset
Proficient in MS Office
Excellent Communications skills – verbal and written
Excellent command of written and spoken English
