About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to support our Employee Engagement initiatives across Southeast Asia. In this role, you’ll be part of the team that brings Disney’s culture to life—through engagement activities and onboards new crew members for Disney Adventure via the Disney Traditions Onboarding program.

Responsibilities:
Employee Engagement Activities
- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing engagement programs and events for employees in SEA.
- Support communication efforts for engagement activities, including drafting announcements and managing internal channels.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to execute activities.
- Gather feedback and help analyze engagement metrics to improve future initiatives.
Disney Traditions Coordination
- Provide logistical support for Disney Traditions sessions, including venue arrangements, materials preparation, and facilitator communication.
- Assist with scheduling and coordination to ensure smooth delivery of sessions.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors as needed.
Ad-hoc Projects
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for assigned projects.
- Assist with execution of L&D and Benefits initiatives in Singapore.
- Contribute creative ideas to enhance employee experience.
Internship Requirements:
- Currently an undergraduate pursuing a bachelor's degree
- Still an undergraduate and not yet graduated during the internship period
- Must be available for full-time internship commitment (Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm) between July to December 2026

Requirements:
- Currently an undergraduate pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources
- Passion for Disney, Pixar, Star Wars and Marvel brands
- Highly self-motivated and meticulous
- Ability to adapt quickly to a constantly evolving organization, and to thrive in a fast-paced working environment
- Strong team player; possesses good interpersonal skills with a high level of enthusiasm in collaborating in cross functional teams in HR
- Adopts a inquisitive approach, proposing information and solutions in creative ways
- Passionate team player with a never-ending curiosity
- Creative mindset
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent Communications skills – verbal and written
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
