Content & Creative is the business segment that brings stories and characters to life. The Production Management Intern would provide creative and administrative support to the regional teams.

This person will interact with several departments (Creative, Content Operations, Programming, Marketing, Publicity, etc.) in order to gain industry-specific skills and a broad understanding of premium level scripted and unscripted series production from the network perspective. This role will provide exposure to the planning and execution of Disney’s originals in Asia as well as insight into collaborative working across various lines of business and the specialized expertise of each.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain digital files on department server and databases
  • Track and maintain content trackers and decks for communication with cross-function teams and senior leadership
  • Work on various development projects and designing documentation to improve workflow
  • Liaise with and support regional production teams as needed for tasks like production wrap and delivery verification
  • Support internal meetings with regional production teams (i.e., agenda and meeting notes)
  • General office and editorial support as needed (i.e., editing presentation materials)

Internship Requirements:

  • Currently an undergraduate pursuing a bachelor's degree/diploma
  • Still an undergraduate and not yet graduated during the internship period
  • Must be available for full-time internship commitment (Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm) between January to June 2025

Requirements:

  • Currently an undergraduate pursuing a bachelor's degree/diploma in Film, Media, Communications Media or related fields
  • Highly self-motivated and meticulous with a passion for content production.
  • Strategic thinker with good communications skills
  • Ability to prioritize workload to meet competing deadlines when handling multiple projects and follow through on tasks to completion.
  • Strong team player and ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
  • Self-starter that needs minimal supervision, always looking for opportunities to contribute to projects.
  • Career interest in the field of physical production or production management
  • General understanding of content production, industry concepts and players, with an eagerness to learn
  • Some experience in either film, television, or OTT preferred
  • Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university or a recent graduate studying Film/Video Production, Communications, Project Management, or related
  • Proficient in MS Office and creating spreadsheets, databases and presentations.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
