About the Role
This creative intern role has been developed to support Retail and Marketing Creative, APAC. This involved working collaboratively with multiple markets – mainly South East Asia, India, and other APAC markets when required.
The Retail & Marketing Creative Design intern will support creative developments for multi-market initiatives as well as gain exposure to global and local creative campaigns. This role will be involved in the entire marketing campaign/product development process from concept, pitching, and execution. He/She will be responsible for supporting on day-to-day responsibilities to ensure brand-centric, consistent and high-quality creatives across all aspects of branding, retail and marketing creative. He/She will be part of the team to pioneer uniquely branded Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, 20th Century Studios, and National Geographic retail and marketing creative initiatives.
Responsibilities:
The role will assist on the following creative deliverables:
Help with crafting creative visuals for sell-in pitches and presentations
Creative ideas and mood boards as thought starters for retail toolkits and marketing pitches
Help in developing assets for retail and marketing creative toolkits
Contribute ideas and support design development for retail and marketing campaigns, on-ground activations and digital assets
Campaign material and design reviews for external partners and creative agencies
Creative asset management
Internship Requirements:
- Currently an undergraduate pursuing a bachelor's degree
- Still an undergraduate and not yet graduated during the internship period
- Must be available for full-time internship commitment (Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm) between July to December 2026

Requirements:
Currently an undergraduate pursuing a bachelor's degree in Industrial/Product Design, Visual/Graphic Design, or Environmental Design
Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and other graphic design and editing software
Able to conceptualize, visualize, and design in 3D (Knowledge/exposure to SketchUp or any 3D design software is an advantage)
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Keynote for Mac
Excellent command of written and spoken English
Adobe After Effects, Premier or any animation/editing software is also an advantage
Passionate about consumer products, and partnership brand ideation for Disney, Pixar, Marvel, and Star Wars products
Up to date with pop culture, fashion, retail and graphic design, and social trends
Interest or fan mentality for Disney, Pixar, Marvel, and Lucasfilm movies, advertising, and other brand-related activities.
