What will you do
As an Advisor People & Culture within the DE & ESPN International segment, you will support the TWDC Balkans team by delivering a comprehensive HR generalist service to the Balkans locations – Bulgaria, Serbia, Croatia and Slovenia, including one related to payroll and personnel administration, compensation and benefits, data maintenance in HRM systems, health and safety, recruitment and onboarding, learning and development, performance management, and other processes related to the personnel management within the company.
This role will require you to be working 4 days a week in our office and 1 day from home.

What You Will Do
Act as the first point of contact for personnel and payroll administration for the TWDC teams in Bulgaria, Serbia, Croatia and Slovenia.
Support internal customers on company policies and operational solutions to help the business with issues related to personnel administration, compensation and benefits.
Organize and monitor the accurate and timely execution of personnel administration and payroll activities, in direct collaboration with local payroll providers and the Payroll HUB CoE.
Support recruitment process up to an expert level, identifying candidate sources across Balkans, posting job ads, organizing and facilitating interviews, providing feedback, etc.
Handle the end-to-end execution of joiners and leavers, from executing an effective on-boarding experience for new employees to exit interviews with leavers.
Track end-of-probation periods and follow approved internal process accordingly.
Work in close collaboration with external providers of HR-related services, including payroll providers, insurance companies and brokers, labor medicine bureau, sports services providers, staff leasing agency, training companies, etc.
Review and verify incoming and outgoing documentation for completeness and accuracy.
Have a good understanding of the HRM systems and tools, to be equipped to handle more complex client requests.
Handle related reporting as per the internal needs of the organization.
Contribute to the definition and development of policies and processes.
Required Qualifications & Skills
3+ years of professional experience in HR management.
BA degree in HR Management or related.
Extensive knowledge of HR administration and payroll practices.
Ability to work under pressure and within target-driven environment.
Ability to work with confidential information.
Strong attention to detail.
Strong organization and prioritization skills.
Team work and flexibility.
Cross-cultural awareness.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Bulgarian and English language proficiency is a must.
Exposure to having worked across international territories would be a distinct advantage.
