About the Role & Team
As Senior Expert Disney Advertising Bulgaria, you will support the Senior Manager in driving ad sales strategy, leading key opportunities, and growing revenue across TWDC channels. You’ll build strong partnerships with agencies and clients while identifying new business opportunities in a fast-paced, competitive media landscape.
This is an individual contributor position focused on ownership of key client relationships and sales outcomes, not direct people management.
This role will require you to be working 4 days a week in our office and 1 day from home.

What You Will Do
Lead and support major sales opportunities, negotiations, and deal closure
Drive ad sales growth across existing clients and new business opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies, media partners, and direct clients
Develop proposals, presentations, and contracts aligned with client needs
Prepare tailored offers upon request and proactively develop proposals for new projects and clients in line with the annual Ad Sales calendar
Manage campaigns end-to-end, ensuring accurate execution and revenue optimisation
Analyse audience data, sales performance, and campaign results
Track agency performance and support reporting related to incentives/bonus structures
Contribute to client retention strategy and long-term partnership development
Collaborate cross-functionally with Programming, Marketing, Finance, and Creative teams
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to inform strategy
Required Qualifications & Skills
Essential:
5+ years' experience in media or advertising sales
Proven experience working with agencies and B2B clients
Strong commercial mindset with ownership of revenue/KPI targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Experience managing client portfolios and building long-term relationships
Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of media planning, TV business, and audience data
Fluent in Bulgarian and English
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Photoshop is a plus
Desirable:
Degree in media, business, communications, or related field
Established network of agencies and clients
Knowledge of TV sales models and formats
Strong understanding of client marketing objectives
Collaborative, positive team player with a “can-do” attitude
Agile, resilient, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment
