Job Summary:

The Disney+ Performance team is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager (Parental Cover), who is determined and versatile to help drive and coordinate our Disney+ Performance in the Nordics and Baltics.

In this role you'll work closely with our Regional Performance team and support the local campaigns on a strategical level as well as on a day-to-day basis across the various Digital platforms that we operate at.

This role is instrumental to drive paid subscriber acquisition through targeted performance and acquisition marketing. The role has significant opportunity for bottom-line impact and growth.

You will collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing team, Content and Merchandising and Disney+ Brand marketing team, as well as the wider central marketing teams. You will be the Nordic expert and lead in providing market intel and looking at the best opportunities and execution of campaigns for Disney+ as well as ensuring the best possible messaging and delivery of localized assets.

Reporting into the Sr. Digital Marketing and D+ Performance Manager, Nordics, you’ll work across the Nordics region, covering Sweden, Norway, Denmark & Finland.

You will be a part of a fantastic, informal, and high pacing team, where not two days are the same.

This role is a parental leave cover for approx. 8 months. The internal job title will be Subscriber Acquisition Manager.

This role will require you to be onsite 4 days a week in one if our Nordics offices.

The Opportunity & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Performance marketing channels such as Meta, YouTube, TikTok, CTV and Google.

  • Responsible for the signup funnel, working with the EMEA team to ensure an updated landing page.

  • Daily check of campaign performance in ad platforms and internal reporting tools, execution of reporting and responsible for campaign optimization.

  • Together with the campaign coordinator and our creative team, ensure quality and timeliness in our creative production and delivery.

  • Work closely with EMEA and US subscriber acquisition teams on budgeting, campaign coordination, optimization, and testing.

  • Plan which titles and campaigns to advertise in close collaboration with Content and Merchandising and Disney+ Brand marketing team.

  • Work with an external agency to drive signups from our affiliate marketing program.

  • In collaboration with your team lead and internal partners, you’ll contribute to building our strategy and deliver the budget and subscriber projections.

  • Close alignment with other local departments such as content, brand marketing and PR to ensure consistency across departments.

  • Accountable for performance marketing signups and CPA levels

  • Responsible for weekly budgets and channel splits

The Experience We Require From You:

  • Extensive experience in an in-house Performance Marketing role, with in-depth experience of digital.

  • Critical metric focused and extremely comfortable with data in self-serve environments.

  • Knowledge of how conversion tracking (pixels, API etc.) and attribution models (click / view attribution) works

  • Highly analytical and target driven, focused on delivering clear analysis and effective presentations.

  • Used to work in Excel to build reports and analyze data with pivot tables etc.

  • Exposure to working with key campaign management tools and platforms (Google Ads, META Ad Manager, TikTok, etc.)

  • Understanding local market nuances and dynamics to deliver a global strategy while also balancing local adaptions to drive local results.

  • Ideally, experience of working in an international matrix organization.

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Quick learner- understands new digital products/technology quickly

  • Makes sound business decisions whilst balancing priorities

  • Examines issues from a broad and diverse perspective, considering impact beyond immediate scope

  • Manages the needs of diverse team members with the ability to persuade others to support ideas and plans
