Job Summary:

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the market leads to leverage service, market, and behaviour data, as well as audience research to drive effective programming strategies, and create high-impact, curated programming events that leverage TWDC brands and franchises
  • Curate, build, publish, and manage Disney+ content programming in the CMS and other tools with accuracy and efficiency to maximize audience engagement and retention
  • Pull data analytics to gain and share merchandising insights around audience, title, platform, and other elements of Disney+ 
  • Facilitate verbal and written communications between teams, and to the larger organization.
  • Partner with operational teams to ensure content and asset availability supports merchandising strategies 
  • Collaborate on regional and territorial editorial merchandising and promotion
  • Pull data analytics to gain and share merchandising insights around audience, title, platform, and other elements of Disney+ 

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s Degree 
  • Fluent in English & Mandarin (spoken and written). 
  • Deep understanding of TWDC content library, brands, franchises, and characters. Keen interest in Asian content.
  • Strong understanding of digital media platforms, including hands-on management of web, app, streaming, and connected devices.
  • Proven ability to work across a matrixed organization while also being able to self-motivate.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive working in an extremely fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Singapore market landscape would be a plus
