Location: Disney Character Warehouse, Tampa Premium Outlets in Tampa, FL
Responsibilities:
- Connect with Guests by asking open-ended questions to assess needs and make appropriate suggestions
- Contribute to a high-energy, fast-paced environment that provides Guests with an entertaining, fun, and dynamic experience
- Perform cash wrap and mobile Point of Sales duties in an efficient and timely manner while maintaining a high level of Guest Service
- Manage the processing of shipment, replenishment of the sales floor, and additional operational tasks based on business needs
- Promote and maintain a safe working and shopping environment
- Demonstrate strong Guest-focused engagement on and off the sales floor
- Clean and dust floor surfaces, counters, and displays using cloths, brooms, brushes, and/or cleaning agents
Basic Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a valid U.S. driver license
- Job may require lifting boxes that weigh up to 45 lbs.
- Physical role requiring lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, standing, climbing, walking, and kneeling
- Basic math skills
- Comfortable with technology
- Written and verbal communication skills in English
- Part-Time requires full availability for any shift, a MINIMUM of three (3) days per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and requires full availability for training
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual preferred
- Previous cashier experience
- Previous retail or related sales experience
