How you will contribute to our magical experience?: 

The Coordinator, Creative Marketing will be part of the Creative Brand Solutions team (within Creative Marketing), which provides creative services to Advertising Sales, generating custom content tailored to the communication needs of the client/sponsor, linked to Disney's brands and properties.

They will work with various teams within the company and primarily act as the point person for the Sales department in the region they lead, receiving creativity work orders/briefs, organizing requests and projects, and executing them with the other involved parties (creative team, Production, Marketing, Compliance, Integrations, etc.).

This position serves as the primary point of contact between internal and external teams, managing projects from the reception of the brief, conducting joint work meetings, negotiating timelines/deadline setting, coordinating with multiple teams, and overseeing different deliverables.

The Coordinator, Creative Marketing  will be responsible for:

  • Reception of creative work orders/briefs from clients, via the Sales department.
  • This reception involves reviewing the information, requesting any missing elements necessary for the creative team to begin working, and negotiating timelines.
  • Internal coordination of the project’s development, assigning responsibilities, and setting deadlines according to the current status of the team in question.
  • Organization of information related to the processed orders: documenting which client it is for, the dates, who managed the project, who placed the order, and the investment involved, among other details.
  • After the approval of ideas, organizing the project for the production team and the rest of the involved parties, and then supervising the deliverables.
  • Attending briefing meetings, accompanying Sales executives.

What we need from you to be part of this story:

  • Minimum of 2+ years within a creative services team.
  • Preferred industries: media, media/advertising/creative agency, communication or marketing department within a brand.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience working with multicultural teams.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage people and teams, capable of managing upwards and influencing in a complex environment.
  • Collaborative mindset.
  • Project planning, estimation, and risk identification/mitigation, as well as change management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Curious and proactive mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Advertising, or Audiovisual Production, among others.
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills, desirable knowledge of Airtable, Photoshop, Illustrator, Excel.
  • Intermediate level of English.
