How you will contribute to our magical experience?:

The C&C Analyst the responsibilities as supervising billing and payment application process daily according our reconciliation process. It’s very important coordinate and reassigned the tasks of the team to collect our AR on time.

We invite you to join to our Collections team in Mexico City! The Credit and Collections Analyst will work to support the different business areas, you´ll manage a local collections portfolio, in a collaborative and teamwork environment to achieve our collections goals.

The Credit and Collection Analyst will be responsible for:

  • Manage our collections process of a portfolio of customers. Be responsible in your role to maintain a strong healthy collections, ensuring accounts be collect in time.
  • Generate customer balance statements to collect on time. And reconciliation of our accounts.
  • Identify and monitor the application process daily.
  • Generate an AR report weekly to follow up your portfolio.
  • Attend and participate actively in meetings with commercial area, finance as required.
  • Provide constant update of account status.  Ensure monthly closing collections activities to achieve goals.
  • Bad Debt reserve monthly determination and analysis.
  • Create and maintain data bases according collections process.
  • Business Partner with commercial and finance team within the company.
  • Manage customer invoices disputes.
  • Assist Audit processes.
  • Contribute to standardize collections processes.

What we need from you to be part of this story:

  • At least 3 years of experience and know working in Credit & Collections/ order to cash, preferably in a multinational company.
  • Degree in Accounting, administration, finance or similar careers.
  • Upper-Intermediate English.
  • Intermediate knowledge of excel.
  • SAP experience required
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, you will be in contact with customers and business partners, you´ll need to be able to communicate professionally.
