El propósito que tiene la posición es la de supervisar al equipo de información de ESPN, primeramente, para que se encuentren en las mejores condiciones y con las herramientas disponibles para conseguir y generar la información deseada para los distintos espacios que tiene la cadena.
Es importante y también una idea central que sepa trabajar en equipo. La misión es brindar y nutrir con la mejor información a ESPN. La colaboración con otras áreas es importante para cumplir con las necesidades de los diferentes shows. De igual forma, es crucial una correcta planeación de coberturas, la generación de contenido e información que funcionen para todas las plataformas de ESPN.
The Supervisor, Production ESPN will be responsible for:
- Supervisar al equipo de reporteros y camarógrafos en busca de nutrir el contenido deportivo para las distintas plataformas de ESPN.
- Comunicación constante con distintos productores de ESPN sobre las necesidades de los distintos shows de la cadena.
- Planeación de coberturas de eventos deportivos en México y el mundo.
- Conseguir entrevistas e invitados a los distintos programas de ESPN.
- Fomentar y reforzar los valores de la compañía con el equipo.
- Mantenerse informado sobre las novedades del momento en el mundo deportivo.
- Manejo de situaciones apremiantes o urgentes.
- Sintetizar información o contenido.
What we need from you to be part of this story:
- Perfil orientado al entorno periodístico.
- Amplia experiencia o carrera en el ámbito periodístico.
- Es un plus contar con conocimiento previo en manejo de equipos de trabajo (reporteros, camarógrafos y productores).
- Preferentemente que tenga experiencia en medios televisivos.
- Formación mínima: Universidad. Ideal: Licenciatura
- Trabajo, en equipo, creatividad, síntesis de información, capacidad de encontrar soluciones en situaciones apremiantes, coordinación de equipos de trabajo, capacidad de trabajar en entornos de alta presión.
