How will you contribute to our magical experience?
The Manager DASP will join the team to commercialize advertising inventory across Disney’s current and future platforms—with a strong focus on Disney+, sports, and digital media—within the Mexican market. This role is responsible for maximizing revenue across an assigned portfolio by expanding client and agency negotiations into multi-platform solutions, while building and nurturing strong long-term relationships.
The Manager DASP will be responsible for:
- Develop the commercial strategy in partnership with the Pillar Management teams and the planning team for their assigned portfolio.
- Oversee portfolio performance, including projections, past and future sales, competitive landscape, and market/category behavior.
- Build accurate portfolio forecasts, maintaining a variation of no more than ±5% throughout the year.
- Monitor consumption vs. established goals for all accounts in their portfolio.
- Prospect and acquiring new clients to expand the revenue base.
- Create proactive and innovative proposals to maximize revenue from existing clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Programming, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Integrations—to facilitate deal closure and campaign implementation.
- Develop deep expertise in Disney’s commercial portfolio, with a particular emphasis on sports and digital media properties and content.
- Implement a minimum of five integrated, cross‑platform projects per year.
- Understand, analyze, and apply key buying metrics (e.g., CPRs, CPMs) that drive client and agency decisions.
- Strength commercial relationships by fostering strong personal connections with clients.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including administrative and legal guidelines.
What we need from you to be part of this story:
- +5 years of commercial experience and media sales, preferably within major broadcasters, publishers, or digital platforms.
- Proven experience closing complex negotiations with advertisers and media agencies.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Additional studies or certifications in digital platforms are a plus.
- Ability to commercially amplify content, primarily sports, as well as entertainment and family-oriented properties.
- Capability to build integrated proposals that encompass traditional media, digital platforms (including streaming), and promotional activations.
- Strong understanding of sales budgets and demonstrated ability to accurately forecast revenue from a financial perspective.
- Knowledge of content policies and internal approval processes.
- Experience managing teams and external vendors.
- Team‑oriented mindset, with strong time‑management abilities and strong decision‑making skills.
- Advanced level of English.
