How you will contribute to our magical experience?: 

The Sr. Analyst, Business Analytics will play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights to support strategic decision-making across the organization.

This role requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The Sr. Analyst, Business Analytics will be responsible for: 

  • Curate and structure data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency for reporting and analysis.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track business performance, highlight trends, and support key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Monitor and report business outcomes on a weekly and monthly basis, providing relevant KPIs to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Conduct in-depth analyses to uncover insights that improve performance, identify growth opportunities, enhance conversion, and reduce churn.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including Business Development, Operations, and Marketing—to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.

  • Execute ad-hoc analysis related to the core variables of the streaming business, leveraging SQL and other tools to identify opportunities in user acquisition, retention, and engagement.

What we need from you to be part of this story:

  • + 4 years of relevant professional experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related fields.

  • Advanced proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

  • Strong SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries and manipulate large datasets.

  • Background in industries such as Entertainment, Gaming, Fintech, or Consulting is a strong plus.

  • Python or R skills are desirable.

  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar).

  • Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, with strong problem-solving and prioritization skills.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to understand, challenge, and refine stakeholder needs.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering high-quality results.
