How will you contribute to our magical experience?
The Sr Analyst, Content Analytics will join the Business Intelligence team to analyze content performance and engagement of Disney Streaming Services in LATAM, applying advanced analytics to understand user behavior, trends, warnings & opportunities to maximize consumption. Will be responsible of delivery of presentations, highlights and actionable insights aimed to upper management and stakeholders by thrusting strategic thinking and storytelling. The Sr Analyst, Content Analytics will have the mission of translating data into business recommendations. Must be able to build strong relationships, boosting data-driven decisions throughout Disney Streaming Services.
The Sr Analyst, Content Analytics will be responsible for:
- Elaborate in-depth content performance analysis regarding Disney Streaming Services in the LATAM region.
- Lead meetings & presentations delivering actionable insights and recommendations.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve content performance of Disney Streaming platforms and drive the best content strategy.
- Create strong relationships with stakeholders having a partner approach with multiple departments of the company (Marketing, Acquisitions, programming & Ops).
- Bring effort to the constant improvement of analyzing data.
- Supervisor will be responsible for follow-up projects, action plans and ensuring requests are completed on timely manner and exceeding client expectations.
- keep track on cross-platform performance of Disney DTCI products, allowing the content strategy teams to understand performance of multi-screen efforts.
What we need from you to be part of this story:
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, data science, or business intelligence roles, ideally in media, entertainment or content analytics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Media or Communications.
- Advanced level of English
- Advanced, proven experience with SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets in environments like Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, etc.
- Deep understanding of digital media consumption metrics. Linear tv knowledge is a plus.
- Demonstrable and solid experience using data visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI to create interactive dashboards and reports.
- Advance use of Microsoft office suite with proficiency in Excel.
- Experience with Python/R or other statistical programming language is a plus.
- Experience analyzing digital media consumption metrics, subscription models (SVOD), or advertising models (AVOD) is a plus.
- Effective communication & storytelling.
- Excellent time-management skills, ability to handle priorities, deadlines & problem solving.
- Initiatives, proactivity & ability to work without supervision.
- Innovative & strategic thinking.
