How will you contribute to our magical experience?
We’re looking for a strategic and collaborative Sr. Manager to lead the Data & Insights efforts for the Mexico region. In this role, you’ll serve as the main point of contact for all local insight needs, bringing together Research, Analytics, and Sales Research into one cohesive, business-driven function that connects insights, aligns priorities, and turns complexity into clarity. This person will play a key role in unlocking insights, shaping local narratives, and elevating the use of data to drive impact across the company.
The Sr. Manager, Data & Insights (Mexico) will be responsible for:
- Lead the strategic integration of Research, Analytics, and Sales Research functions in Mexico to build a cohesive, business-aligned Data & Insights operation.
- Act as the go-to person for all data-related matters in the Mexican market, serving as a trusted thought partner for local and regional business leaders.
- Synthesize multiple data sources into actionable insights and compelling stories to support Direct-To-Consumer, Studios, Commercial Partnerships, and more.
- Represent Mexico’s data voice in LATAM and global forums, advocating for local needs while maintaining alignment with broader strategies.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration and embed a data-driven mindset across teams, despite not having direct reports.
- Collaborate with subject-matter experts to support key projects across research, audience analytics, product performance, and advertising measurement.
- Contribute to the adoption of global methodologies, tools, and best practices, ensuring scalability and consistency.
- Establish a strong connection with the regional Data & Insights team to ensure alignment on priorities, foster knowledge sharing, and coordinate pipelines of work across markets.
- Translate complex insights into clear, concise recommendations tailored to both operational teams and senior stakeholders.
What we need from you to be part of this story:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Research, Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related disciplines, ideally within the media, technology, or entertainment industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related field. Postgraduate education or certifications in Analytics, Strategy, or Leadership are desirable.
- Advanced English proficiency is required.
- Intermediate Portuguese proficiency is a plus.
- Strong ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders in a matrixed environment without direct authority.
- Strategic thinker with proven experience translating data and insights into business impact.
- Solid understanding of the Mexican consumer landscape, media industry, and digital ecosystem.
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights for diverse audiences.
- Comfortable balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution.
