How will you contribute to our magical experience?

The Sales Research Pillar's goal is to combine local and LATAM regional expertise to support TWDC multiplatform ecosystem with actionable information, pricing models, consumers insights, analytics and market trends in order to maximize our performance and revenue for our multiplatform (lineal and non-audience) and complementary OOH business across the region.

The Supervisor will give support to the Research direction by coordinating adhoc studies, delivering adhoc quantitative and qualitative analysis for internal and external clients.

The Media Research Supervisor will be responsible for: 

  • Developing storylines with analysis of media and consumer research studies. Having a good understanding of market positioning and strategies of assigned Disney properties. 
  • Answering requests from internal customers, interpreting the appropriate data, and communicating the results along with necessary presentations, tables, charts and graphs.  
  • Monitoring, interpreting and compiling findings from various research sources (syndicated, social listening, primary research, etc.) on industry and consumer trends, and disseminate it to key Commercial Clients in an engaging and thoughtful way to enhance the value of our sales strategies.
  • Attending client meetings and represent the company in public  and you will be given support but freedom to develop the primary research business stream to meet clients’ needs with innovative and profitable research proposals.
  • Conceptualizing and presenting proprietary quantitative and qualitative studies resulting in strategic reports and actionable insights for key Commercial Clients.
  • Developing and reporting Brand Lift studies and Attribution report campaigns.
  • Overseeing projects with external vendors, such as creative testing and consumer deep-dives, by monitoring key timelines and details, including recruitment of respondents, survey development, data output, and report delivery.

What we need from you to be part of this story:                              

  • Storytelling skills/ strong verbal and written communication skills focused on telling a story with social insights.                                  
  • Experience in data analysis.                                 
  • Knowledge of basic and specialized computer tools (GWI, Kantar IBOPE Media, Comscore, Adobe, Sprinklr among others)                                    
  • Knowledge of Market Research and Digital Metrics                                    
  • Experience with excel and dashboarding data visualization   
  • Advanced level of english.
