Job Summary:

The Ad Operations Manager will be a member of the Ad Sales team. They will be responsible for delivering standard and non-standard ad revenue for Disney Family, factual, and entertainment branded media across Central Europe, including Poland, Romania, Hungary, and Czech Republic. They will manage channel inventory, revenue planning, and forecasting. Additionally, this individual will be involved in creating presentations to support Ad sales in Central Europe. The Ad Operations Manager will work closely with The Walt Disney Company’s teams based in Warsaw and Madrid, as well as international partners.

This role will require you to be onsite 4 days a week.

Responsibilities:

TV Inventory Management:

  • Collect and verify monthly inventory demand from agents; and process it internally,

  • Ensure accuracy of monthly break chart delivery versus inventory requests.

  • Forecast, deliver, and monitor commercial rating updates to re-sellers in Central Europe on a monthly basis.

Media proposals and B2B:

  • Collaborate closely with sales representatives to achieve revenue targets, including non-standard fields.

  • Support and encourage resellers in creating non-standard advertising projects (TV, YouTube).

  • Track development of non-standard sales.

  • Develop and execute media proposals for direct partners and strategic partnerships.

  • Identify potential short, mid, and long-term revenue sources or improvements.

  • Ensure compliance with legal, brand, and technical guidelines.

  • Incorporate new media launches into the sales strategy.

  • Manage and foster positive commercial relationships with existing and new partners (key accounts, media decision-makers, resellers, direct partners).

  • Prepare roadshow presentations for sales purposes and execute B2B activities.

Digital:

  • Work closely with the Polish agent on YouTube advertising offer sales and implementation.

  • Plan and traffic YouTube campaigns.

Experience, education, and skill requirements:

  • Master’s degree preferred in quantitative fields such as business economics, quantitative methods in social sciences, mathematics, statistics, engineering, or related fields.

  • Working experience in TV/Digital media buying or TV/Digital media sales in an international environment is an asset.

  • Self-motivated and able to work well independently.

  • Ability to work accurately under short deadlines. Strong planning and organizational capabilities, ability to multitask.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to translate ideas into clear, impactful communications.

  • Must demonstrate high levels of flexibility and adaptability, being open to challenges.

  • Excellent communication skills. Fluent in English and Polish (written and verbal).

  • Proficiency in Excel.
