What You Will Do

As Creative Design Coordinator you will make an impact through producing, delivering, and executing recruitment marketing creative content and collateral production while following workflow timelines. From print to digital to motion graphics to conceptualizing the next great idea, your design talents will be used every day to help us create that famous Disney magic!
 

On any one day you might:

  • Produce and efficiently output creative assets in various formats for marketing projects and materials including digital, print, signage, and others

  • Develop compelling visual design concepts collaborating with a cross-functional project team

  • Develop creative with a demonstrated knowledge of campaign executions across various media environments; print, digital/web, and social platforms

  • Maintain and organize assets for archival and future reference

  • Participate in meetings to review upcoming projects, share best practices, and collaborate on creative solutions

  • Collaborate with internal and external partners/vendors to brainstorm creative concepts, develop original designs, and execute design assets based on established style guidelines and brand standards

  • Receive and process assignments in a timely and effective manner while managing and maintaining personal project workflow for on-time, accurate delivery

  • Learn and understand recruitment goals and messaging for a variety of brands to effectively incorporate specific benefits and key messaging within design concepts

Basic Qualifications

This can include samples of your previous projects, designs, or creative works that demonstrate your skills and experience in Creative Design. What you’ll bring to the team:

  • Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, etc.)

  • Developed time management skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines and meet deadlines

  • Ability to independently manage multiple projects from start to finish while managing client expectations and shifting priorities

  • Strong organizational skills and excellent oral/written communication and presentation skills

  • Passion for The Walt Disney Company’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives

  • Ability to act as an influencer who is adept at establishing both external and internal relationships

  • Ability to act as a calculated risk-taker who isn’t afraid to step outside the box

  • Enthusiasm, an eager approach to learning, and a willingness to take on new challenges.

Preferred Qualifications

It would be nice if you also have:

  • Design experience in a related industry with 1 – 2 years experience

  • Experience in preparing final pre-press files and managing relationships with vendors/partners

  • Demonstrated knowledge in video/motion graphics editing (e.g Premiere, After Effects)

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating excellent command of composition, typography, color, and fundamental communication – as well as examples of concept definition and design

  • Proven knowledge of recruitment marketing or recruitment advertising industry practices


The hiring range for this remote position is $46,200.00-$61,900.00 per year based on a 40 hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
