About the Role & Program

As part of the Talent Acquisition Marketing team, you will collaborate with dedicated individuals working with the recruitment organization to attract and engage top talent to a Company known for crafting magical experiences for people of all ages. This remote internship is a full-time, six-month commitment from January 2025 - June 2025.

What You Will Do

The intern will apply outstanding design skills to help produce solutions that meet the challenges of our clients while ensuring the integrity of the Disney brand standards. As we seek to amplify our recruitment marketing and evolving business goals and initiatives, you will develop assets for campaign executions across various media environments; including print, digital/web, and social platforms from large-scale campaigns to banner ads and everything in between.

On any given day you might:

  • Establish relationships with internal and external partners/vendors, to complete and implement innovative creative design and production projects that deliver the overall message and call to action
  • Maintain and update brand style guides to ensure consistency across team output
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients/partners, team members, business partners, and external vendors

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Validated knowledge of foundational design principles
  • Proficient understanding of Adobe Creative Suite and design-related tools and technology, especially Photoshop
  • Passion for The Walt Disney Company’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives
  • Strong time management and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize multiple timelines, and complete tasks on schedule
  • Able to understand client business needs and how it applies to marketing strategy, objectives, and creative results
  • Showcase a hardworking and eager approach to learning and a passion for new projects

Preferred Qualifications

  • Design experience in a related industry
  • A robust portfolio demonstrating excellent command of composition, typography, color, and fundamental communication – as well as examples of concept definition and design

Education

  • Be enrolled in an accredited college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) before participation in the internship program OR have graduated from a college/university within 6 months at the time of application posting OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship
  • Currently enrolled senior, or graduated within the past six (6) months majoring in visual or graphic design, or a related field

Eligibility Requirements & Program Information

Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or program.
  • Possess unrestricted work authorization

Additional Information

  • The approximate dates of this internship are January 2025 – June 2025
  • While this internship is remote, the ideal candidate will reside in California or Florida (Orlando)
  • Full availability required to work full-time hours (approximately 40 per week) for the duration of the internship
  • This remote position requires a working, reliable internet connection as well as a quiet, dedicated workspace

The pay rate for this remote role is $22.00 per hour.
