The approximate dates of this internship are January 2025 - June 2025.
What You Will Do
As a Digital Marketing Intern, you will support the team in all aspects of their support to the marketing organization and its clients on core digital marketing trends, employment technology trends, and act as a project manager for career site and platform development. We will walk alongside you as you implement comprehensive strategies in partnership with clients and cross-functional teams. With the ever-changing digital landscape, this arm of the team is responsible for identify trends and insights, particularly focused on career technology environments, and consulting to optimize strategies and performance based on those insights.
We are looking for someone with consultative marketing and project management skills as well as relationship management, critical thinking, and collaborative integration to deliver unparalleled support.
- Supporting the Digital Marketing team, as they work with agency/ vendors & internal team in the development of career and employment-based platforms and SEO strategy from concept to launch
- Working with team to report performance of all career platforms, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Completing overall digital strategies with oversite and mentorship from leader that enable an engaging, seamless and integrated candidate experience to enhance the overall candidate conversion
- Building internal and external relationships and supporting a collaborative, team environment
- Ensuring brand coordination and leverage opportunities in markets
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Demonstrable experience working on, multi-faceted Digital Marketing projects while ensuring superb execution, timely delivery, and client area satisfaction
- Understanding of optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Working knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Site Catalyst), HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
- Aware of the latest trends and standard processes in online marketing and measurement
- Proven consultative and interpersonal skills, partnering effectively and working in team environments
- Ability to analyze and draw marketing implications from research and other data sources
- Ability to determine the priorities of a particular audience and complete a consultative solution while driving efficiencies and effectiveness
- Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills, as well as continuous improvement process skills
- Passion for The Walt Disney Company’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Marketing or Digital Media with 1-3 years industry experience
- Proven knowledge of recruitment marketing or recruitment advertising industry practices
Education
Be enrolled in an accredited college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program OR must have graduated from a college/university within 6 months at time of application posting OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.

- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or program.
- Possess unrestricted work authorization

Fully available from for 40 hours per week, during regular business hours
The pay rate for this remote internship is $22.00 per hour.
